I really want to praise your apartment since I have ever rented an apartment, Varunee Place is clean and comfortable. The owner is very kind. Unfortunately, I had to move to work, so I had to move out of Varunee Place. If I have to work in that area I will definitely go back and use the service again. How do I do when I hear loud noises from neighboring rooms or other rooms for a long time during the night, such as pounding mortars, knocking/ hammering things, open loud music and loud shouting?
– Our staff will notify them either by calling on the phone, or directly speaking face to face or by phone, or sending them a warning letter, in case it is not clear which room makes noise we will post an announcement in front of the building door to inform all tenants.
What should I do if I find some equipment in the room was damaged, the light bulb was broken, the shower/ bidet hose/ toilet seat was broken. The water leaks, the toilet/ water pipe is clogged and problem with door knob?
– We will send a technician to repair broken items it is free of charge if the damage was done by previous tenant.
What should I do when the air conditioner is broken/ no cooling/ make noisy sounds?
– We will help contact a third party air conditioner technician to repair at the appointed time with tenant.
What should I do if the water/ electric meter numbers on the invoice does not match?
– Our staff will directly verify the accuracy of water and electric bills after we are informed by tenant.
What if my car in the parking lot is struck/ hit?
– We will cooperate to check CCTV or coordinate with the security company in the event that we become aware of disputing parties, we will acknowledge tenant as soon as possible.
What if there is water seeping into the room walls when it has heavy rains (The room in the corner)?
– We will arrange a third party maintenance to repair some cracks occur in the room building.
I see the group of bees flying into the building around 4am?
– We will help to find the source of the bees if a large beehive is found in the adjoining land and we have spoken to neighborhood landlord but they don’t allow us to deal with such beehives, we will find the way out to solve the problem, such as hiring a pest control to spray. And because I have studied bees behaviour, I know that bees will fly towards the lights that light up at night we will turn off the central lights from 4am onwards with an announcement posted to inform all tenants.
